The e‑commerceengine of Algeria

Not another store builder. Wocart runs your cash-on-delivery business from the first tap to the dinars at the door, and never takes a cut.

Wocart Cloud is $49 per store a year. Self-hosting is free, forever.

An example of the Wocart dashboard: a shopper orders a watch from her phone in Arabic, her number is verified on WhatsApp, and the order appears at the top of the merchant's order list.

82 couriers on EcoTrack, one connection

In Algeria, an order isn’t a sale. Not yet.

It becomes one at the door, when the cash changes hands. Between the tap on اطلب الآن and the dinars in your hand there’s a phone call, a courier, maybe a driver, and a dozen places to lose money.

Most platforms stop at the form. Wocart is built for everything after it.

Where it can leak on the way

  1. The number was fake. The courier trip is paid for nothing.
  2. Refused at the door. A return fee, and stock stuck on the road.
  3. The ad paid for a form. Meta keeps buying people who never pay.
  4. The driver’s cash is in a notebook. Nobody agrees what is owed.
  5. The platform takes its cut. On every order, sometimes in dollars.

Follow one order from the tap to the cash

Every step below is something Wocart already does for you. No spreadsheet, no portal-hopping, no guessing what the courier did.

  1. 1

    Amina orders from Tlemcen

She lands on your product page from an ad, picks her wilaya and commune, and sees the exact delivery fee for home or stop-desk before she taps اطلب الآن. Your offers apply on their own.

    • Arabic-first checkout
    • Fees per wilaya and commune
    • Bundle offers
    • order.created
  2. 2

    Her number proves itself

A WhatsApp code confirms the phone is real before the order exists. Only valid Algerian mobile numbers get through, and bots meet Cloudflare Turnstile.

    • WhatsApp verification
    • Turnstile
  3. 3

Your team confirms it in one call

The order lands in the to-confirm queue and your store’s Telegram bot pings the team. One call later it’s confirmed, or marked unreachable so nobody ships blind.

    • Telegram alerts
    • Team roles
    • order.confirmed
  4. 4

One click hands it to the courier

Pick Yalidine, ZR Express, NOEST, Guepex, an EcoTrack courier or one of your own drivers. The label prints at 100×150 mm with your brand on it. A parcel is never sent twice, even when a carrier’s answer is unclear.

    • 5 carrier networks
    • Your own drivers
    • Branded labels
    • shipment.handed_off
  5. 5

    Tracking takes care of itself

Yalidine and ZR Express report back the moment something changes; the others are checked every five minutes. Each milestone is recorded once, and anything unusual is flagged for you.

    • Live carrier updates
    • Needs-attention flags
    • shipment.out_for_delivery
  6. 6

    Cash at the door

Amina pays 5,400 DA and the order finally becomes a sale. Had she refused it, the watch would go back into stock by itself and the sale wouldn’t count. Your own drivers settle their cash once, with a record.

    • Delivered cash
    • Automatic restock
    • Driver settlement
    • shipment.delivered
  7. 7

Meta learns from the parcel, not the form

You choose when Meta counts the sale: when the order is placed, when it’s confirmed, or when the cash arrives. Then Amina can review the watch with photos and a voice note, because she really bought it.

    • Meta Conversions API
    • Verified reviews
  8. 8

Now do that in 58 wilayas at once

Every wilaya and all 1,551 communes are built in, with your delivery prices for home and stop-desk. A new store starts with a shipping profile for the whole country.

    • 58 wilayas
    • 1,551 communes
    • Home or stop-desk

Everything between the click and the cash

The rest of the engine comes built in. No plugins to buy, no app store to dig through, no commission waiting at the end.

Landing pages that sell one product hard

Build a one-product page for an ad in minutes, run two versions side by side and see which one brings more orders. Each page can carry its own Meta pixel.

Offers that apply themselves

Bundle deals, quantity prices and free delivery kick in at checkout on their own. Coupons can be capped, limited to some products and kept for the customers you choose.

Reviews only real buyers can leave

The order number and the phone prove the purchase. Up to six photos and a voice note per review, published by your rules.

Your own drivers, settled to the dinar

Assign orders to your drivers, set what each wilaya pays them, print their delivery sheet and settle the cash once, with a record.

Refused parcels put the stock back

When a parcel comes back, its units return to stock by themselves and the sale isn’t counted. Every stock movement stays in a ledger.

Switch on what your store needs

Each app has its own page and its own permission, so you decide who can touch it.

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions APIAds that learn from real orders
  • WhatsApp verificationA code before the order exists
  • Cloudflare TurnstileBots stay off your checkout
  • WhatsApp chat buttonQuestions land in your chat
  • Telegram alertsYour own bot pings the team
  • Email with SendiliInvites and password resets

Also in the box

  • A checkout form you control: required, optional or hidden fields, plus up to five questions of your own
  • Customers with groups and tags, built from every order
  • Phone orders your team types in, on the same rails as the store
  • Store-branded 100×150 mm labels and delivery sheets for your drivers
  • Terms, privacy, refund and shipping pages ready on day one, the pages Meta asks for
  • Categories, curated collections and menus you arrange yourself
  • An optional cart for multi-item orders, off until you want it
  • Abandoned checkouts kept as a list you can follow up
  • Team roles with exact permissions, and API keys for your own tools
  • Search any order by number, name, phone or tracking, and archive the finished ones

Arabic first. Not translated later.

Your store opens in Arabic, right to left from the first pixel. French and English are one tap away for shoppers, and your team runs the dashboard in whichever of the three they think in.

  • Products, pages and menus translated per language, by you
  • Every wilaya and commune named in Arabic and in French
  • Coupon codes understood even when typed in Arabic digits

Pick a look. Keep the engine.

Every theme runs on the same Wocart engine, so a new look never touches your orders, products, customers or delivery prices. Start with a free theme today; more are on the way.

Built for the people who build

Wocart is an engine with the hood open. Developers get typed SDKs and a documented API, agencies get a cloud to run every client’s store, and AI agents get exactly the access you allow.

A new theme, not a new commerce engine

  • Two typed SDKs on npm. @wocart/storefront reads the store and places orders; @wocart/theme turns your components into an editable theme.
  • 250+ API operations, documented from the code. An OpenAPI 3.1 reference that can’t drift from the server.
  • 17 signed webhook events. Every order and parcel change, retried for days and replayable.
  • Prices and rules stay on the server. A theme never sees the API key and can’t get a total wrong.
  • Apache-2.0. Read it, fork it, run it, ship it to clients.

Own it for free, or let us do the work

Same engine either way. Neither one ever takes a cut of your sales.

Self-hosted

Run Wocart on your own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare’s free plan is enough to start.

  2. 2Connect your accountsLink your Cloudflare and Vercel accounts. Your store will live there, not with us.

  • 0%Commission, on both plans. Every dinar your customer hands over is yours.

Questions merchants ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask the community, the team reads every message.

Ask on Telegram
Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No, never. Wocart charges 0% commission on self-hosted and on Cloud. You pay Cloudflare for hosting (its free plan is enough to start), your carriers for delivery, and Wocart Cloud’s yearly price if you choose it. Optional services such as WhatsApp verification are billed by their own providers.

What’s the difference between self-hosted and Wocart Cloud?

It’s the same engine. Self-hosted is free: you deploy it from GitHub onto your own Cloudflare account and update it yourself. Wocart Cloud does that work for you: it launches each store into accounts you own, updates it in one click, and adds Studio, the visual editor for your storefront.

What happens to my store if I stop paying for Cloud?

It keeps selling. Your store, its database and its images live in your own accounts, so nothing is switched off. You only lose Cloud’s one-click updates, Studio and the Cloud dashboard until you renew.

Can I pay in dinars?

Yes. Cloud costs $49 per store per year by card, or 12,500 DA per store per year by CCP or BaridiMob. For a dinar payment you upload your receipt and we check it within 24 hours. Card plans renew by themselves and can be cancelled any time.

Which delivery companies work with Wocart?

Yalidine, ZR Express, NOEST, Guepex and the 82 couriers on the EcoTrack platform, plus your own drivers. You connect your own carrier accounts. Yalidine and ZR Express report changes the moment they happen; the others are checked every five minutes, and you can refresh any parcel on demand.

How does Wocart stop me wasting money on ads?

Wocart sends your orders to Meta’s Conversions API and lets you choose the moment Meta counts a sale: when the order is placed, when it’s confirmed on the phone, or when the cash is collected at the door. Counting at delivery teaches Meta to find people who actually pay. Each landing page can also carry its own pixel.

Can I manage my own delivery drivers?

Yes. Assign orders to your drivers, set what each wilaya pays them, print their delivery sheet and settle the cash they bring back. Each settlement is recorded once, so nobody argues about what’s owed.

Can I change how my store looks?

Yes. Pick a theme (two free themes today, more on the way) and switch whenever you like without losing an order. On Wocart Cloud, Studio lets you edit your real store’s sections, words, pictures, colors and fonts, preview it on a phone, and publish in one click.

I’m a developer. What can I build?

Your own storefront or theme on the two typed SDKs, @wocart/storefront and @wocart/theme, both on npm under Apache-2.0. You can also connect any system through the documented API and 17 signed webhook events, or let an AI agent work through MCP with only the permissions you grant. The developer docs live at docs.wocart.store.

Is Wocart the same as CodFlow?

Yes. CodFlow is now Wocart: the same open-source engine, with a bigger ambition. You may still see the old name on GitHub and in older videos while we finish the move.

Do I need to be technical to self-host?

A little. You need a Cloudflare account and the step-by-step setup guide in the GitHub repository. If you’d rather not touch any of it, Wocart Cloud launches the store for you.
